The Pophams

  Pastors Ray and Teresa Popham spearhead the efforts of the Oasis and provide the spiritual oversight and parenting for the ministry. Pastor Ray and Teresa are the founders of Oasis Church International, and also lead Called to All Nations Ministries and LifeVine International. The Pophams have been in ministry since 1985 and have been church planters since 1987.

Ray Popham is an international speaker, author, and broadcaster whose life mission is "Becoming and helping others become a better person, a brighter Christian, and living a blessed life."  He is the Founder and President of LifeVine International and the Founder, President, and Apostolic Overseer of Called to All Nations Ministries, Inc.  Pastor Ray travels the United States and world in an apostolic capacity, establishing, encouraging, and equipping individuals and leaders, speaking to groups of ten to ten thousand. He has been given a divine mandate, vision, and plan to take the message of faith, hope, and love into every nation on earth.

Pastor Ray was called to the ministry at the age of 17 with a prophetic call on his life to "take the Gospel to a people of many different cultures, to a people of many different nations." He was sent forth as a minister of the Gospel in 1985 at the age of 22 years old.  Educated as an Army nurse and educator, he served ten years in the United States Army as a leader, nurse, and educator. Giving up future planned training as a military physician, he accepted the call to full-time ministry, leaving the military in 1991. He has earned a Nursing Diploma, Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Master of Religious Arts in Leadership and Organization (MRA), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is currently completing a Phd in Leadership with Trinity Seminary.

Teresa Popham is a gifted teacher, leader, songwriter, and singer.  She was raised as a pastor's daughter.  She has served together in ministry with Pastor Ray since 1987 and their first church plant. She directs many of the administrative affairs of the various ministries they lead, as well as travels in the ministry teaching and sharing in music. She has earned a Diploma of Biblical & Theological Studies and a Diploma of Christian Ministry.

Pastor Ray and  Teresa have established and helped others to establish successful lives, homes, churches, and ministries throughout the U.S. and in other foreign nations.  Together they have trained hundreds in the ministry and serve as a friend, servant, mentor, and spiritual father to believers and leaders in various parts of the world.  He has authored several books, publications and training courses as well as produced a host of messages in audio series form.  His weekly radio broadcast is heard around the world on Voice of Hope Radio, Pan American Broadcasting, World Harvest Radio (KWHR), and Sky Angel Network.  He is a frequent speaker and host of Christian television. He has traveled to 22 different nations as well as ministered to people from many different cultural backgrounds around the world. The Pophams  make their home in Aiken, South Carolina and have a daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Joel Leopard, and a son,  Scott. Their children are faithful assistants in the ministry.
